Best Places to Work

Christian Care's Bowling Green campus was named as one of the “Best Places to Work in Kentucky 2010” by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce!

Join me in congratulating the entire Village Manor & Christian Health Center staff on this outstanding award, and special kudos to Executive Director Melanie Eaton and her leadership team.

Created in 2005 to highlight outstanding businesses and organizations, the Best Places to Work award program is a project of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society of Human Resource Management and the Best Companies Group.

The selection process is based on an assessment of the organization’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey. The competition is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate organizations in the Commonwealth to focus, measure, and move their workplace environments toward excellence. Numerous studies show a strong correlation between success and creating a good place to work.
