At Christian Care, we are committed to delivering quality care and to meeting the individual medical, social and emotional needs of adults at our center.
A registered nurse directs our Adult Day Center’s highly professional staff, which is dedicated to providing personal care that truly fosters dignity and emotional well being. Our team includes a licensed social worker, licensed practical nurse and certified therapeutic recreation specialist, and chaplain.
We offer the following medical services on-site:

- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech-Language therapy
- Medication assistance
- Podiatry services
We have created a secure and caring environment that offers a variety of activities tailored to meet individual needs. Adults enjoy:

We strive to make our Adult Day Center more than just a place to stay for the day. We care for the whole person, offering the kind of social support, mental stimulation and companionship that truly makes the difference for the people in our care.
Hours/Payment Options
Our center serves adults over the age of 18 with physical or mental impairments significant enough to require supervised daily care. We are open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are located on Maryland Avenue, just minutes from downtown Lexington.
As a not-for-profit organization, Christian Care Communities is committed to serving adults in need. We routinely work with families to make our Adult Day Center affordable for adults. Private pay and Medicaid reimbursement are accepted. In addition, some long-term insurance policies cover program fees. Call us to discuss your personal situation at 859-254-5300.
