Christian Care’s medical model day program is designed for adults who need assistance with daily living activities as a result of physical or mental impairments.
Located in central Lexington, Kentucky, our spacious center is staffed by a highly experience team of professionals.
Our program allows caregivers to maintain their schedules while their loved ones enjoy comforting and familiar routines, stimulating activities and the company of new friends. We offer a wide array of activities tailored to meet individual needs, including:
