Our highly trained team of health care professionals and licensed staff are available 24 hours a day, every day to address your every concern. Our social services director works with residents to provide a smooth transition to a nursing care environment, helping them take part in the many social activities on site, and ensuring that monthly payments are properly filed and affordable, regardless of ability to pay. And our on-site chaplain not only leads worship services, but provides residents with free, one-on-one counseling that can be so meaningful and nurturing.

Admission Policies
Potential Residents and their caregivers may apply for a room at the Christian Health Center by contacting our social workers in the admissions department at (606) 528-2886. They will look at the potential resident’s income, assets, current home and medical expenses, and offer advice on which Medicare/Medicaid/insurance benefits may apply. They also will assess the resident’s current medical needs and capabilities, to determine which level of service is most appropriate. The first available room will be offered, based on the level of service the resident needs.
Daily rates are determined by the type of care required and are based upon each resident’s ability to meet these responsibilities. Confidentiality regarding individual finances is assured for each resident.
