Choice. It’s our promise to you, as we strive to fulfill our mission of offering the highest quality home options for older adults.
While many developments cater to those 62 and older, few can offer the tree-lined beauty of our 30-acre campus in Hopkinsville, or the broad array of home styles and services we provide. Whether you are active and independent, or need ongoing medical care, you’ll find just the level of care you need on our campus. Here, you can choose from a wide variety of independent living apartments and garden homes as well as the rehabilitative and nursing care services at our Christian Health Center.
Our campus includes:
Chapel House/Friendship House- Our independent living apartments offer the best of both worlds: the convenience of apartment living, with the sense of community brought from common planned activities, and social gathering areas. Friendship House serves the private pay market, as well as seniors who qualify for federal rent subsidies.
Christian Health Center- This 116-bed, full-service nursing facility offers the best clinical care for residents who need 24 hour attention, and also provides residents from other parts of the campus access to rehabilitative care after surgeries and brief illnesses.
Garden homes- Our independent living garden homes come in a wide variety of floor plans, from cozy 825 square foot models to 1,600 square feet plans, featuring extra amenities such as a study, garage, or fireplace. The communities, all connected by common walking trails, include The Village, Cox Mill Court and Chambers Court.
Cornell Chapel- At Christian Care Communities in Hopkinsville, we demonstrate our commitment to Christian values through our on-site chaplaincy services. Our beautiful, newly built Cornell Chapel seats 175 for weekly services, bible studies, and other social gatherings. Our on-site chaplain also schedules one-on-one counseling appointments for residents and their families. It is all part of our mission to care for the whole person—body, mind and spirit. |
