2nd Shift Differential (3p – 11p) $3.50

3rd Shift Differential (11p – 7a) $3.50

Weekend – Saturday 1st (7a – 3p) $4.00

Our LPNs are the face of healthcare to seniors that call
Christian Care Communities home. As part of our Licensed
Practical Nurse team, you will deliver compassionate care of
exceptional quality to our residents. This is meaningful work
that makes a difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

· Advocate, care, counsel and consult for those in your
care with clinical intention

· Stay in tune with physical and emotional state of
residents to ensure care plans are connected to current needs

· Implement nursing interventions as needed based on daily
assessment of residents

· Assist with medication administration and monitoring

· Provide direct nursing support and coordinate care from
admission to discharge

· Steward relationship with families to ensure concerns
are addressed, communicate with resident support team, and adjust
care plans as needed

We need compassionate people that not only prioritize healthcare,
but also want to invest in senior’s non-medical needs and their
personal goals. Our most successful LPNs are positive, dedicated
and can handle multiple priorities. They cheer on our residents
and bring happiness to the lives they touch, while demonstrating
good assessment skills and guiding team members in clinical care.
