Our independent living garden homes offer a wide variety of floor plans from cozy 825 square foot homes to 1,600 square feet homes, featuring extra amenities such as a study, garage or sun-porch. Common walking trails connect all of our communities, including The Village, Cox Mill Court and Chambers Court I and II.

Village residents choose from one of three garden home floor plans, ranging in size from 895 to 1,227 square feet. Our spacious two and three-bedroom designs allow residents to select a home that best meets their individual needs.
Moving into your new Village home provides a sound investment for capital that is realized through the sale of your home. All residents pay an entrance fee determined by the size and floor plan they select.
Village residents enjoy the convenience of a lovely home maintained by a highly professional staff. Because Christian Care Communities retains the deed for the homes, residents enjoy freedom from monthly utilities (excluding telephone and cable television) and interior and exterior upkeep. These benefits, as well as building insurance, garbage removal, social and chaplaincy services and a 24-hour personal security system, are provided through a monthly service fee. And nearby Friendship House offers an opportunity to dine at an affordable price.
Cox Mill Court
Cox Mill Court residents enjoy their homes’ 1,600 square feet of living space, complete with attached garage and automatic openers. The spacious rooms, comfortable den, fireplace and ceiling fan are ideal for entertaining family and friends.
Moving into Cox Mill Court provides a sound investment for capital that is realized by selling your home. All residents pay an initial entrance fee and a monthly service fee to cover maintenance, grounds keeping, security, building insurance and utilities (water, gas, and electric). Also, included in this fee are a 24-hour personal security system and a variety of social activities.
Residents of Chambers Court enjoy a lovely home designed with many features that help them live as independently as possible for as long as possible. With 1,400-square feet of living space and attached garage, Chambers Court provides spacious living and the versatile floor plan offers several living and dining options. The personal security system in the bedrooms and baths provides added safety and peace of mind.
As with all homes on our campus, Chambers Court provides a sound investment for capital realized by selling your home. Prior to moving, all residents pay an entrance fee and thereafter a monthly service fee that covers maintenance and building insurance. The monthly fee also covers utilities (excluding telephone and cable television), social services and campus activities, garbage removal and security. Residents are welcome to dine at nearby Friendship House, for a small additional fee.
