Our 116-bed, full-service nursing facility offers extensive clinical care for residents who need 24-hour attention. Short-term rehabilitative services and a new Rehab To Home unit are also available to the community to ease the way home after surgery. Our highly specialized team provides exceptional short-term physical, occupational and speech therapy to help patients recuperate, gain strength and return home as quickly as possible.

We offer a wide variety of floor plans within our independent living garden homes, from cozy 825 square foot homes to 1,600 square feet homes. Walking paths connect all of our garden home communities, including The Village, Cox Mill Court and Chambers Court I and II, making neighbors and friends easy to visit. Best of all, you have access to all the benefits of our community, including an on-site chapel, planned outings with transportation, midday meal services, social programs and much more.

The Cornell Adult Day Center utilizes the Best Friends™ approach to Alzheimer’s and dementia care, offering personal care, activities and meals in a home like setting. Designed especially for individuals with memory loss, our spacious center is staffed by highly experienced professionals and is accessible by wheelchair. Weekday hours allow family caregivers to maintain their schedules, while their loved ones enjoy the company of new friends and stimulating activities.

At Christian Care, Chaplains provide on-site worship services for residents and their families.

Our beautiful Cornell Chapel hosts weekly services, Bible studies, and other social gatherings. Our Chaplain is available by appointment for one-on-one counseling. It’s all part of our mission to care for the whole person – body, mind and spirit.

The dining room, adjacent to the Gathering Place, serves delicious meals, and  is a lively social meeting place for residents and staff.
