A Unique Gift to Celebrate Those Who Mean the Most

At Christian Care Communities, we know how important it is to honor the people and moments that have shaped our lives.

Our Paving the Way Forward Legacy Program allows our families, friends, and community members to create a lasting tribute in a setting that is both beautiful and meaningful.

Each engraved paver becomes part of a welcoming space where residents, families, and visitors can gather, reflect, and remember the people who matter most. Friends and families can choose to dedicate a paver to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or other special milestones, creating a gift that will be cherished for years to come. Some use this opportunity to remember a loved one who has passed or to recognize a church, civic group, business, or organization that has made a difference in the community.

In Hopkinsville, pavers are displayed in the courtyard of the Christian Health Center, surrounded by a beautiful flower garden and peaceful resting benches where residents and visitors can reflect and enjoy the space. At The Homeplace at Midway, engraved pavers are placed throughout the gardens and walkways across the scenic 31-acre campus, creating a meaningful tribute woven into the natural beauty of the community.

The program is also offered at the Best Friends Adult Day Center in Nicholasville, where families and friends can honor loved ones, and in Louisville, where supporters can create meaningful tributes while helping strengthen the mission of Christian Care Communities.

Those who purchase a paver will also receive a beautiful commemorative certificate, which can be presented to the person being honored or kept as a meaningful keepsake to remember a loved one who has passed. Each year, we invite families, staff, and members of the community to gather for a Paver Dedication Service, celebrating the individuals and organizations honored through these lasting gifts.

Through this program, you can remember your loved one today and forever with a one-of-a-kind tribute that will be enjoyed for generations to come.

“We are deeply grateful to everyone who chooses to honor someone special through our Paver Program.
