Home for Christmas

The beauty of the Christmas season is just around the corner.  In many homes, the warmth and laughter of friends and family gathering for the holiday is highly anticipated. This Christmas, we would like to introduce you to Abby who makes her home at our Christian Health Center.  Abby is also eagerly awaiting the arrival of Christmas in her new home and said, “It’s all about love, we are all one big happy family.  This is our home.”

Thanks to the support of our donors, Abby has gratefully enjoyed living and thriving for 17 years at Christian Care Communities.  She exclaims, “You’ve come to a home away from home, right here.”

Abby’s journey began when she made the choice to move to Chapel House, an independent living apartment.  “I made the decision to move to Christian Care and my family is at peace and ease knowing I’m in a safe place.”  “Everyone is so nice and really cares about you.”  Today, Abby’s needs have changed and her home is Christian Health Center; a place with round the clock nursing and other support services.

Because of the continued generosity of our friends, Abby has a home today–and a family to care for her–at Christmas and every day of the year.

Please make a Christmas gift this season to help ensure Abby and many more like her continue to enjoy their home at Christian Care.  Your support makes a real and lasting impact in the lives of God’s most senior children.
