Residents at Maplebrook Village purchase their home with varying price depending on size and style. The purchase contract is with Christian Care Communities as the property holder so you will pay no property tax or homeowner’s insurance. A monthly maintenance fee will be charged covering interior and exterior maintenance. If you choose to move, Christian Care Communities will refund a portion of the purchase price, with deductions taken based on number of years as a resident. Upon moving, residents receive no less than 76 percent of the original purchase price.
