Moving into your new home provides a sound investment for capital that is realized through the sale of your home. All residents pay an entrance fee determined by the size and floor plan they select. Because Christian Care Communities retains the deed for the homes, residents enjoy freedom from monthly utilities (excluding telephone and cable television) and interior and exterior upkeep.
